When we started Steel Straw on Earth Day 2018, we embarked on a mission to fight the climate crisis by offering a product that is reusable, and petrochemical free!

We believe that finding economic solutions to the environmental crisis is key, and starting a social impact company who’s very foundation rests upon this ethos has been incredible.

In order for this #GreenNewDeal to succeed, we must build sustainable businesses, clean energy jobs and infrastructure, and transform our economy at the scale needed to stop the climate crisis.

With global populations projected to exceed 8.6 billion by 2030, we must prioritize clean power, clean water and energy efficiency as the next great global industries. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we need millions of people like you and I who are willing to walk the walk, every day. Our lives depend on it.

This means each of us leveraging our unique talents to elevate these ideals, whether it’s choosing to support pro-environment politicians and causes, biking or taking the metro to work, or starting a social good company!

We all have a role to play. Here at Steel Straw, we’re proud to be running a company that embodies all the change we wish to achieve.
